Tianna’s Story

Tianna is 16 years old and lives with her mum, dad and siblings. She’s funny, confident and a bit sassy. Tianna started an online relationship with an older boyfriend who is five years older than her. What began as a relationship soon led to him asking her to hold and deliver drugs for him. Tianna didn’t see this as a problem because he treated her well, buying her clothes and gifts and making her feel special.

Concerns were raised by her school when her attendance dropped, and drugs were found in her bag, which led to a referral to the service. Over time, with support from a trusted OMS worker, Tianna has begun to question the relationship and recognise how she has been exploited.
