We founded Popla Media in 2013 with a simple goal that still drives everything we do - helping purpose-driven organisations tell their stories through film, animation, design, and photography, with honesty, insight and impact.

We believe authentic, insightful communication can build trust and move people. That's the thread that runs through every project we take on.

We work with businesses, brands, universities, health services, charities, and social enterprises. What unites them is a desire to communicate something meaningful and make a real difference.

We're idea generators. Before anything else, we explore what you want to say, why it matters, and what your audience already thinks and feels. That's how we find the story that truly connects.

Every project is personally led by Rob or Claire. We manage the entire production from concept to delivery. We shape every aspect of it together, from schedule to creative sign-off, in genuine partnership with you.

Because every brief is different, we bring in the right specialists when we need them, chosen for their experience, skill, and sensitivity to the subject. It keeps us nimble and cost-effective, while staying closely aligned with your message and audience.

  • Creative Director, Executive Producer & Co-founder

    Rob Vincent is an award-winning creative and strategic thinker with over 20 years’ experience across global brands, charities, and public sector clients. He began his career in commercials before becoming Creative Director at Hawkshead (Endemol) — consistently voted one of the top three most admired production companies in Televisual’s peer poll. He then built the moving image department at Radley Yeldar before founding Popla with Claire in 2013.

    Some of his work is held in the BFI National Archive. Rob regularly speaks on film and storytelling at industry events, bringing that same depth of experience and creative ambition to every Popla project, however large or small.

  • Creative Director, Producer & Co-founder

    Claire Vincent is a Creative Director and Multimedia Producer whose expertise spans photography, graphic design, illustration, film, and animation. At Popla, Claire creative directs and produces film and animation projects and leads all photography, illustration, and design work.

    She worked for many years as an art director in the fashion industry before becoming a senior lecturer in visual communications. She has led award-winning projects for brands, charities, and public sector organisations - work that has shaped policy, improved public understanding, and amplified voices that deserve to be heard. Claire continues to teach and run workshops, bringing that depth of knowledge to every project she leads.
