Rob and Claire personally oversee each project. Shaping the creative and guiding its development in partnership with the client team. Since every brief is different, our production expertise is supported by a trusted network of creatives, chosen for their experience, skill, and sensitivity.
With a core team guiding each project and specialists brought in only when needed, we stay nimble, cost-effective, and closely aligned with your message and audience.

Rob is an award winning creative and strategic thinker, expert at guiding teams and managing complex projects. Before Popla, Rob was Creative Director at large multi-disciplinary communication agencies partnering with some of the world's biggest brands, government departments and charities.
He excels at crafting compelling stories and impactful content that captivates and connects with your audience. Many of the projects Rob’s been involved with have won international awards. Some of these are held in the BFI national archive.
Claire Vincent
Creative Director & Producer
Claire is a highly skilled creative director specialising in purpose-led communication. She turns complex ideas into clear, engaging visual storytelling that connects with people in a meaningful way. With a background in art direction, design, illustration, photography, and animation, she brings ideas to life through thoughtful, well-crafted work.
She works closely with clients from concept to delivery, shaping ideas collaboratively and making sure the final work genuinely connects with its audience. Claire has led projects for brands, charities, and public sector organisations, creating work that supports policy change, improves public understanding, and amplifies underrepresented voices. She is committed to inclusive storytelling and creating work that is visually striking, honest, and purposeful.
